VirtualAvailable

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor (LPCC-S) in Ohio with years of experience helping adults navigate tough moments in life. After earning my Master's in Counseling and working extensively in virtual therapy, I have seen firsthand how anxiety, trauma, and relationship struggles can make you feel stuck. My approach is not about just listening. It is about partnering with you to find practical tools that work. I bring genuine empathy and real-world experience to every session, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, process what you are going through, and finally start moving forward with confidence.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Think of our first session as a relaxed conversation rather than an interrogation. We will spend about 50 minutes getting to know each other by discussing what brings you to therapy now, what you hope to change, and what a good life looks like for you. I will explain how I work, answer any questions you have, and handle the necessary paperwork, but the main goal is simply to ensure you feel comfortable and heard. There is no pressure to dive into your deepest trauma right away. We will move at your pace and sketch out a flexible plan that feels right for you, so you leave with a clear sense of direction and hope for the work ahead.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength is blending evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT with a genuinely human and empowering connection. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I do not just nod along. I offer practical insights and actionable tools they can use immediately. My experience with virtual therapy means I know how to build a strong and safe relationship through a screen, ensuring you feel truly supported. I am skilled at helping you connect the dots between your past and present, but my focus is always on your future. I want to help you tap into your own resilience to create the life you want.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, or stuck in relationship patterns they cannot seem to break. You might be navigating a major life transition, processing past trauma, or simply feeling like you have lost your sense of direction. You are ready for a change but need support to figure out how to get there. You value a therapist who is warm and supportive but also direct and practical. Someone who will help you set meaningful goals and give you the strategies to actually reach them. You do not need a blank slate. You need a partner in your growth who believes in your ability to heal.
