What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session is all about YOU as well as the second. We both will get to know other and we focus on what areas you want to work on. I a intake form is filled out prior to our first meeting and we discuss your future goals and why therapy and why now ?

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my greatest strengths helping my client feel relaxed. The session is a place for them to be themselves and not filled with judgment or shame for anything they want to share with me. My sessions offer grounding techniques, etc, meditation and mindfulness. I want my clients to leave the session with feeling relieved that were able to discuss their biggest fears . I believe in " Healing from the get go ". A AEDP approach.
