New to Grow
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 22 years of experience dedicated to helping individuals and families find healing, balance, and personal growth. My journey as a psychologist began with a deep passion for understanding the human mind and supporting people through life’s most challenging moments. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults through both individual and family therapy. My professional experience spans across inpatient and outpatient settings, where I’ve supported clients through a wide range of social, emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.
In our first session together, you can expect warmth, openness, and compassion. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and free to express your thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. My approach is collaborative—I believe therapy works best when we work together to identify what’s not working in your life and develop meaningful, realistic goals for change. Whether you’re seeking help for yourself, your child, or your family, I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll move at your pace. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build coping strategies, and work toward greater emotional well-being and connection.
With over two decades of clinical experience, I bring a deep understanding of human behavior and emotional development across all life stages. My background includes working in both structured hospital environments and community-based outpatient settings, allowing me to approach therapy with flexibility and insight. I combine evidence-based therapeutic methods with empathy and cultural sensitivity, tailoring each session to the individual’s needs. I’m committed to helping my clients gain insight, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and build stronger relationships within themselves and with others.
I have extensive experience working with children who struggle with emotional and behavioral problems at home and at school. My specialty is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps individuals identify and modify unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. I also have deep expertise in treating autism, ADHD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, and grief. Throughout the years, I have successfully helped many children, adolescents, and adults adapt and function at higher levels, achieving growth in their personal lives as well as success in academic and career goals. I believe that every person has the capacity for change, resilience, and fulfillment—and my goal is to help each client rediscover their strengths and potential.
