New to Grow
I’m a therapist who believes reaching out isn’t a sign of weakness—it’s a step toward growth. I offer a safe, judgment-free space where you can talk openly, feel heard, and explore what’s working and what needs to change. My approach combines Gestalt Therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness-based techniques to help you stay present, process what’s weighing you down, and move forward with clarity. Therapy is a journey, and I’m here to walk it with you—at your pace, every step of the way
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Your first session is all about getting to know you and what brings you here. We’ll talk about your goals, what’s been weighing you down, and what you hope to change. I’ll explain how therapy works, answer any questions, and introduce approaches like Gestalt, EMDR, and mindfulness so you know what to expect. There’s no pressure—you set the pace. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard and supported from the very start.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and understood—without judgment or pressure. My approach blends Gestalt Therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness-based techniques to help you stay present, process difficult experiences, and build lasting coping skills. I’m practical and collaborative, offering clear guidance and evidence-based tools so you can move forward with confidence and clarity. Together, we focus on what matters most: helping you feel grounded, empowered, and ready for change.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work best with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change—even if they’re not sure where to start. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, or major life transitions and want practical tools to feel more grounded and in control. If you’re looking for a safe space to sort things out, gain clarity, and build lasting coping skills, I’m here to help you move forward at your own pace.
EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful therapy that helps you heal from trauma and distressing memories. It uses gentle eye movements or tapping while you recall difficult experiences, allowing your brain to reprocess them in a calmer, more balanced way. Why it works: Reduces emotional pain from past events Helps you feel safer and more in control Promotes lasting relief and resilience In sessions: We’ll guide you through structured steps to process memories and build coping skills—at your pace.
Gestalt
Gestalt Therapy helps you connect with the present moment and understand how your thoughts, feelings, and actions work together. Instead of focusing only on the past, we explore what’s happening right now—in your body, your emotions, and your relationships. Why it works: Builds self-awareness Improves communication and relationships Helps you feel more whole and authentic In sessions: We’ll use creative techniques like role-play, chair work, somatic work with the body and mind, and dialogue to help you discover new insights and make lasting changes.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Mindfulness-Based Therapy helps you feel calmer and more in control by teaching you to focus on the present moment without judgment. Instead of getting stuck in worries or regrets, you learn simple skills—like mindful breathing and noticing your thoughts—to reduce stress and improve emotional balance. Why it works: Lowers anxiety and stress Boosts mood and resilience Helps you respond, not react In sessions: We’ll practice easy mindfulness exercises together and give you tools to use every day.
