Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I will work collaboratively with you, using my knowledge in various theories and methods, to help identify patterns and triggers which might be contributing to your personal or relational distress. I work with a variety of issues, such as depression, anxiety, parenting, and relationship/family problems.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

In each session, I will create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can pour out your emotions, fears, and worries. I will assist you in developing practical strategies and coping skills that will help you regain stability and improve your overall mood. It's all about finding your inner resilience.
