Hi, I’m Jessica, a therapist who works with clients navigating stress, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore emotions, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. My approach is practical, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I value collaboration and work at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way and find tools that support long-term growth and well-being.
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and exploring what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your concerns, goals, and background, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. It’s a chance for us to start building a connection and for you to get a feel for how I work. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and respected from the very beginning.
Clients often tell me they appreciate how grounded, practical, and emotionally attuned my approach is. I combine evidence-based methods like CBT with a warm, relational style that helps clients feel safe and understood. I focus not just on insight, but on helping you build real-life tools you can use outside of sessions.
I’m best positioned to support clients who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, whether from themselves, their goals, or their relationships. Many of the people I work with are looking to better understand their emotions, break unhelpful patterns, and build healthier ways of coping. I work well with clients who are open to reflection and willing to try practical strategies to create meaningful change in their lives.
I use CBT to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. With children, I keep it playful and visual. With teens and adults, I use tools like thought tracking and coping strategies to manage anxiety, mood, and behavior. CBT is flexible, practical, and helps clients build skills to feel more in control.
