I use this approach to help you understand how your thoughts affect your feelings and actions. Together, we work on identifying negative thinking patterns that may be causing stress in your life and change them by learning more helpful ways to respond to this stress, anxiety, or other challenges in your life.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Life can be very busy and stressful at times which causes us to think about our stresses, our future and even our past. I use this therapy to help you slow down and become more aware of your thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences without judgment. This can help you reduce anxiety, stay present, and respond more calmly to life’s stressors.
