Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming space where we begin building rapport and establishing trust, exploring what brings them to therapy. We'll discuss goals, answer any questions, and set the foundation for a supportive and collaborative relationship.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly see and heard. I bring a deep sense of empathy, presence and intuition into each session, allowing for meaningful connection and insight. I'm also skilled at helping clients uncover patterns, build resilience, and move toward lasting change with compassion and clarity.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I'm most helpful to clients who are open to self-exploration and genuinely committed to personal growth, who show up with curiosity even when facing discomfort, and are willing to engage in the process with honesty and courage.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress and unhelpful behaviors. I work with individuals to recognize cognitive distortions and replace them with more balance, realistic thoughts. The goal is to empower clients to develop healthier coping strategies and improve their overall mental well-being.

Eclectic

I use eclectic therapy to tailor treatment to each individual client by integrating techniques from various therapeutic approaches. By drawing from methods like cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and humanistic principles, I adapt my approach to meet the unique needs of the client. This flexibility allows me to address a wide range of issues and helps clients achieve their personal goals in a way that resonates with them.

Motivational Interviewing

I use motivational interviewing with my clients to help them explore and resolve any ambivalence they may have about change. By creating a collaborative and empathetic environment, I guide clients in articulating their own reasons for change, reinforcing their autonomy and strengths. This approach helps clients build motivation and confidence to take actionable steps towards their goals, making the process of change feel more achievable and self-driven.

Psychodynamic

I use psychodynamic therapy to help clients explore the unconscious patterns and past experiences that influence their current thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. I encourage clients to gain insight into how early life experiences and unresolved conflicts shape there present struggles. This deeper understanding helps clients gain self-awareness, process emotional pain, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
