I have 15+ years of experience working with a diverse array of clients of various ages, races, ethnicities, sexual orientations and gender identities. I specialize in working with clients who have depression, anxiety, PTSD and LGBTQIA+ concerns. Using a combination of evidenced based therapies, primarily focused on altering maladaptive ways of thinking, and mindfulness practices, I can help you to achieve balance in your life. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My biggest strength lies in working with minority populations (eg., women, POC and LGBTQIA+ population). I identify with all of these populations and enjoy helping anyone within them to feel more empowered.
