Hi! My name is Mindy Hall Czech, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I LOVE what I do, and I am always honored to walk with others on their journey through life. You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated.- Dr. Maya Angelou. Sometimes we need someone to walk with us through the hardships of life where anxiety, fear, anger, etc. have taken root and made their home. We need a place to vent and figure out how to re-train our brain- where anxiety, past traumas, etc. do not lead us anymore, but healthy thoughts, healthy ways of life, and building healthy behaviors do. Life is about growth and change, and about learning how to put away some pieces where they do not have a hold on us like they once have. True compassion means not only feeling another's pain but also being moved to help relieve it.- Daniel Goleman. Whatever you bring into therapy- pain, trauma, or the need for daily life maintenance - I am here to walk with you through it. I meet you where you are in life, and I provide integrated therapy specific to your needs. I work with a variety of individuals facing many different challenges. I provide a safe, judgment free space for people to open up about their struggles, pain, and to celebrate their triumphs as they work through things they need to sort out.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

You will learn that it is my honor to provide a safe space for you to talk through whatever you are needing to. I understand that the first session can be a little nerve-racking, and I promise to make it as comfortable as possible. I always read through your intake paperwork before our first session, so you will not feel like I am rattling off a bunch of the same questions again. We will go over some things you sign with Grow Therapy, and we will jump right in wherever you would like to start.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Grief and loss are a part of our daily lives, as is stress, anxiety and possibly some form of PTSD. My passion is working with people to find ways to alleviate the power these (stress, anxiety, etc.) can have in our lives. We look at calming the mind (over thinking, negative self talk, etc.), and we look at what is (or has been for so long) driving all of it.
