She specializes in life transitions, career stress, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, teen/ young adult identity issues. Erika takes a person-centered approach to providing clinical interventions to clients and believes that every person is the expert of their life. She uses CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and strengths-based approaches to assist clients in achieving their therapy/ life goals.
