I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Sex Therapist. I have over 17 years of experience treating people suffering from a wide range of problems including family problems, relationship problems, parenting issues, depression, anxiety, and sexual disorders. I gained a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science at Florida State University in 2005, where I learned about people of various cultures. I continued my studies at Florida International University to earn a Master of Science with a major in Psychology and became a Certified Sex Therapist in 2008. Most recently, I completed a Master of Oriental Medicine in 2021. I utilize information and techniques learned in my studies to assist people in developing tools to improve their lives.
During the first session, I will get to know you and the reason for seeking therapy. Together we will create a treatment plan.

As a Certified Sex Therapist with over 17 years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals and couples address issues such as desire discrepancy, sexual dysfunction, trauma, identity exploration, and intimacy concerns. My approach is inclusive and affirming, with deep experience supporting LGBTQ+ clients, open relationships, and those navigating polyamory.
I work with couples and individuals to improve communication, resolve conflict, rebuild trust, and reignite connection. Whether you're in a new relationship, recovering from betrayal, or trying to make a tough decision, we’ll work together to understand your patterns and build a healthier foundation.
As a Humanistic therapist, I believe that healing begins in a nonjudgmental, supportive space where you feel fully seen and accepted just as you are. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, guilt, or low self-esteem, we’ll take time to explore what’s beneath the surface—uncovering emotional needs, life patterns, and personal values that may have been overlooked or silenced. Rather than just managing symptoms, I help you reconnect with your inner strengths and take back control of your life. You’ll be an active participant in setting treatment goals that truly reflect who you are and what you want for your future. Together, we’ll build insight, confidence, and a sense of purpose so you can move from just surviving to genuinely thriving.
