About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who integrates faith and evidence-based counseling approaches to support clients in finding hope and healing. My heart is to walk alongside women, teens, young adults, and families as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. In my work, I create a safe, compassionate space where clients can share openly and begin to see God’s grace and strength at work in their lives. By blending practical tools from CBT and DBT with Christian principles, I help clients build resilience, discover healthy coping skills, and grow in both confidence and faith. My goal is to meet you where you are and journey with you toward healing, wholeness, and purpose.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what led you to counseling. I’ll invite you to share your goals, concerns, and hopes for our work together. We’ll talk about how faith can be part of the process if you choose, and I’ll explain how I use CBT, DBT, and Christian counseling principles in a practical, supportive way. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer picture of how counseling can help and we’ll create a plan for moving forward together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths is creating a safe, encouraging space where clients feel both accepted and challenged to grow. I have over a decade of experience in counseling which allows me to understand the unique struggles that individuals face today. My counseling style blends scripture, prayer, and Christian encouragement with evidence-based methods like CBT and DBT. Clients often tell me they appreciate how I can connect faith to real-life challenges in a way that is both practical and hopeful. I believe therapy is not only about addressing struggles but also about helping clients discover their God-given strengths, build resilience, and move forward with renewed peace and purpose.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with clients who want both practical strategies for daily life and a place to explore how their faith connects with their struggles. Many of my clients are women, teens or young adults learning to manage emotions, build confidence, and make healthy choices. I also support individuals who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or transitions and who long for peace, stability, and direction. My ideal client desires a counselor who will listen without judgment, offer biblical encouragement, and provide effective tools for real change.
