New to Grow
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with individuals who feel burnt out, overwhelmed, or stretched thin by daily life. I support neurodivergent clients and others looking for help with emotional regulation, anxiety, stress, and day-to-day functioning. Therapy with me is a mix of real, usable tools and a judgment-free space to talk things through, vent, and make sense of what’s been weighing on you.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session is a chance to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll move at a comfortable pace, discuss your goals and concerns, and begin to identify what support might be most helpful for you. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. The focus is on creating a supportive starting point.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is helping people feel comfortable and supported from the very start. Many clients come in feeling nervous, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to put their experience into words, and my role is to help slow things down and make sense of what’s coming up without pressure or judgment. I offer an affirming, neurodivergent-inclusive approach that focuses on understanding how your brain works rather than trying to “fix” you, while also supporting concerns like anxiety, burnout, and mental overload. Therapy is collaborative and paced to your comfort level, blending emotional support with practical tools you can use in daily life. Sessions are meant to feel grounded and human, more like a supportive conversation than an interrogation, where you can show up as you are and take things one step at a time.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
You might be a good fit if you’re an adult feeling stuck in anxiety, overwhelm, or burnout, or adjusting to a major life change like parenting. Many of my clients are neurodivergent and want support with emotional regulation, organization, or understanding how their brain works. Therapy is collaborative and goal-oriented, with progress tracked through regular check-ins and practical tools. Younger clients are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
My approach is flexible and client-centered rather than tied to one model. I integrate DBT, mindfulness, CBT, solution-focused, and person-centered strategies, tailoring interventions to what feels most helpful and accessible for you.
