EMDR
We process tough memories by letting your brain do its natural healing work, using gentle bilateral stimulation to update those old files. It's like hitting the refresh button on your nervous system.
Motivational Interviewing
I'm your co-pilot, not the driver. We explore your own reasons for change together, with curiosity and without judgement, until your 'why' becomes clearer than any advice I could give.
