Hello and welcome to your mental health therapy journey. You’re about to embark on a meaningful path of self-discovery, growth, and healing. I would be honored to walk alongside you. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a deep passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges and uncover their inner strengths. Long before I earned my credentials, I have always felt I was a counselor. Formal training only deepened my understanding and sharpened my skills. Outside the therapy room, I’m a storyteller at heart and a collector of hobbies many of which involve craft projects I’ve enthusiastically started (and occasionally forgotten). I bring creativity, curiosity, and compassion into my practice, and I look forward to supporting you as you explore what it means to thrive.
Our first session is all about laying the foundation for a strong therapeutic alliance. I like to approach this by introducing a few key topics and having a human conversation. There’s no pressure to dive deep right away as I believe anything meaningful will make its way to the surface in its own time and I believe in honoring that process.
I believe what makes me a strong therapist is my understanding of my role: I’m here to guide, not to decide. I’ll advocate for you and offer unwavering support but I’ll also hold you accountable when you’re not showing up for yourself. I bring patience and compassion to our work, and I’m not afraid to challenge your inner critic when it stands in the way of your growth.

Through this approach we work on living in the present and becoming in tune with our bodies. We use this to reduce stress, improve our emotional regulation, and foster self-compassion.
This is the modality I follow to ensure complete ownership of the session belongs to the client. You take the lead and I provide the support you need to get where you want to be through meaningful insights about your thoughts and emotions.
