I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and certified ADHD practitioner with over a decade of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges. I work with individuals and couples facing ADHD, anxiety, grief and loss, chronic illness, life transitions, depression, and more. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s holding you back, discover your strengths, and take meaningful steps toward lasting change. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strength-based work, and supportive therapy, always keeping your goals at the center. Whether we’re working on managing symptoms, building coping strategies, or strengthening relationships, you’ll have a plan designed for your unique needs — and you’ll always be in control of your journey. In addition to my clinical work, I teach as a senior adjunct professor in a university social work program and provide supervision to new professionals entering the field. Outside of work, I’m a mom of four, a lifelong learner, and someone who recharges through reading, Pilates, grounding exercises, and long walks in nature. If you’re ready to explore therapy, I’m here to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be.
In our first session together, we will get to know each other, set expectations and work together to determine a treatment plan. The first session is more of a general overview of the concerns you would like to address and some basic coping skills will be taught, if applicable.
I believe my biggest strength is recognizing that there is no "one size fits all" approach to therapy. I taper my methods and modalities based upon a client's needs. I continue to advance my skills with ongoing education and trainings, sometimes these are prompted in order to better serve a particular client. I also will be up front and honest with a client if I feel that my skill set is not what they require and will help them find someone who is equipped with a specialized skill set they may need. Honesty and candid rapport can be expected.
Adults (18+) with symptoms of anxiety, adhd, general stress, depression and life transitions. I am a certified ADHD practitioner.
We will work together to analyze your thoughts, feelings and then work to determine the effect they have on each other and on you. By identifying negative or unrealistic thought patterns, we can work to change the behaviors caused by our emotional responses.
I believe that each therapy session should be looked at from a "person-centered" perspective, meaning that I will meet you where you are and work with you to identify unique and creative plans to address concerns.
This type of mindful psychotherapy that helps you stay focused on the present moment and accept thoughts and feelings without judgment.
I utilize mindful practices to help reduce undesired symptoms and to help with present thinking.

Tina has been my therapist for years and she really helped me to get to know myself better and how to pause and navigate life better as well. She’s mindful , intelligent , encouraging yet honest . She’s also solution oriented and knows how to cater to whatever you may be going through that day as far as how to have the session and how to feel more at ease and confident once it’s over

I started seeing Tina because of issues with my family and relationship with my partner. She has been great. She has helped me create tools to be able to handle different situations/scenarios and has helped provide a lot of clarity on why i feel the way i do. I have seen a lot improvement in myself since I started seeing Tina.

I just had my first meeting with Christine, who is the sweetest. I was very nervous for my first session, but I instantly felt better after our introductions. I highly recommend!
