Welcome! I’m a Licensed Therapist with over a decade of experience collaborating with individuals & families navigating life’s most challenging moments. I earned my Master’s degree from the University of Chicago, where I cultivated a deeper understanding of the complexities of the human experience. My passion lies in creating a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, understood, and supported. Together, we’ll work to uncover clarity, healing, and build a path forward that aligns with your values—helping you step into a more meaningful, fulfilling, and authentic life.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
From our first session, you’ll be welcomed into a space that prioritizes safety, compassion, and genuine care. We will explore what brings you to therapy, clarify your goals, and work together to create a thoughtful, evolving plan to support your growth.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My commitment is to listen with genuine care and be fully present with you—honoring your emotions while gently guiding you toward a life that feels meaningful and true to who you are. I ground my work in evidence-based practice, embrace a pluralistic approach that caters to your individual needs, and prioritize a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship as the foundation for growth and healing.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals who are navigating major life transitions and seeking clarity, emotional grounding, and meaningful change. This includes clients adjusting to postpartum experiences, young adults stepping into the workforce and redefining identity and purpose, and individuals healing from relational ruptures or patterns that no longer serve them. My clients are often thoughtful, self-reflective, and motivated to better understand themselves, even if they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about their next steps. They value a collaborative, relational approach to therapy and are looking for care that is both compassionate and grounded in evidence-based practice. Together, we work toward building resilience, strengthening relationships, and creating a life that feels aligned with their values and sense of self.
