I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and trauma. During our initial sessions, we will begin to identify the issues and create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back...and breathe a little bit easier. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
Having worked in this field for some time, I feel proud that I am engaged and participatory. We work together on your journey, and I continue to feel honored with the opportunity to be a compassionate supporter.
I love working with individuals who identify as being part of any marginalized group. My clients are eager to improve but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel anxious, overwhelmed, and frustrated with their relationships with others, their self, their culture, and external environments. They are open to learning about themselves and taking the necessary steps to find who they are within the life they truly want to live.
