Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress or unhelpful behaviors. I guide them in developing healthier ways of thinking and coping through structured techniques like cognitive restructuring, behavioral experiments and skill building exercises.

EMDR

I use EMDR to help clients process and reduce the emotional intensity of traumatic memories.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I use Mindfulness Based Therapy to help clients develop awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations without judgement. By teaching mindfulness practices such as breathing exercises and meditation, I guide clients to stay present, reduce stress, and respond more calmly to difficult experiences.
