In our first session, expect a warm, genuine conversation. We’ll get to know each other. I’ll ask about what’s bringing you in, and we’ll explore your goals. I’m here to listen—no judgment. We’ll start mapping out how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. By the end, we’ll have a rough plan so you know what to expect of small, achievable steps to start. You’ll get a feel for my style, and we’ll make sure you feel comfortable and heard—because this is all about building a path forward together.

I’d say my greatest strength is blending practical, evidence-based tools with an honest, human connection.
