I am a Clinical Supervisor and supervise therapist for many organizations. I am committed and passionate in providing the care every single person deserves when they attend therapy. In your first session we will go over my background and answer any questions you might have for me. It’s a great opportunity to also learn more about you and making sure you and I are on the same page in what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping to accomplish.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I am often described as having a formal approach to the "clinical" side of therapy yet having a naturally casual and informal approach in sessions. Clients have often described me as committed, passionate and approaches her work with others with a humility in knowing "life can be hard and we are all doing the best we can."

Searching for the right therapist can be overwhelming, especially in the age of telehealth. I’ve met many clients who are discouraged after having tried several times to seek help. My areas of focus are Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Trauma and Life Transitions.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) is a type of psychotherapy. It may help you to change unhelpful or unhealthy ways of thinking, feeling and behaving. CBT uses practical self-help strategies. These are designed to immediately improve your quality of life.
EMDR
While traditional forms of talk therapy can help you make sense of your trauma, EMDR focuses on assisting you in reprocessing the trauma more healthily.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
DBT focuses on helping people accept the reality of their lives and their behaviors, as well as helping them learn to change their lives, including their unhelpful behaviors.
