Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for CA, AZ and CO. I have nineteen years of experience and my training is vast. I am a Clinical Supervisor and supervise therapist for many organizations. I am committed and passionate in providing the care every single person deserves when they attend therapy. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first session we will go over my background and answer any questions you might have for me. It’s a great opportunity to also learn more about you and making sure you and I are on the same page in what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping to accomplish.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am often described as having a formal approach to the "clinical" side of therapy yet having a naturally casual and informal approach in sessions. Clients have often described me as committed, passionate and approaches her work with others with a humility in knowing "life can be hard and we are all doing the best we can."
