LPC, 5 years of experience
I am a Licensed Therapist with five years of experience helping clients navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic techniques, and Motivational Interviewing—to meet each client’s unique needs. My work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and the belief that every person has the capacity for growth. Whether you’re seeking to manage anxiety or depression, heal from past experiences, improve relationships, or gain clarity in your life, I provide a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to take the next steps toward your goals.
In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other, creating a safe space for you to share your story. I place a strong emphasis on building rapport and trust, so we can work together to identify your goals and develop a personalized plan to help you reach them.
My greatest strengths as a therapist are my ability to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment, my skill in tailoring therapeutic approaches to each client’s needs, and my commitment to empowering clients with practical tools they can use beyond our sessions. Clients often tell me they feel truly heard, understood, and supported throughout our work together.
I work with adults over the age of 21 who are ready to navigate life’s challenges with courage and clarity. I specialize in supporting clients experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, drawing from evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic approaches, and Motivational Interviewing.
I use CBT to examine the thoughts that are directly related to our behaviors.
I believe you are in control of your own destiny. Using person-centered techniques, I always put the client first.
We learn how to navigate the world from our caregivers. Using psychodynamic techniques, I work with you to examine what you've learned about life from your caregivers.
