I feel like I won the lottery, as I picked a therapist haphazardly, not really believing in the process of online therapy. However, Reginald has been a game changer in my life thus far and we only just started. He is Extremely solution oriented, compassionate, understanding, and easy to talk to. I was only able to pick to adjectives but I honestly could have chosen them all.

I have been seeing Regi for nearly two years. He is very compassionate and smart. I came to Regi when in the midst of a very challenging time. While I wanted a quick fix, Regi knew better. We didn't hurry. While things grew ever more chaotic around me, Regi stayed calm and I in turn felt the safety to take my time as I worked to figure things out. I cannot recommend Regi enough.
