Welcome! I'm a licensed psychologist with four years of professional experience. I bring a compassionate approach to therapy, integrating Psychodynamic Therapy for exploring underlying patterns, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) to enhance relationships, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to promote values-driven action. I provide treatment to women between the ages 21 to 65, offering a supportive environment for their therapeutic journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, you can expect a safe inviting environment that will foster open communication. We'll dedicate some time for you to share information about yourself, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to accomplish in our sessions. You can share at your own pace and comfort level. We'll also cover a few administrative details together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My clients have expressed that my biggest strength is my therapeutic interactions and feedback which have supported them in gaining deeper insights, fostering better connections with themselves and others, and discovering personal meaning. I'd be honored to begin this therapeutic journey with you.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My services are designed to support individuals who may be grappling with various challenges, including peer conflicts, interpersonal tensions within relationships, complexities within family dynamics, and work-related issues. I strive to provide gentle feedback and effective coping skills to help navigate these areas bringing you more clarity.

My treatment methods

Psychodynamic

My approach is grounded in psychodynamic therapy that guides clients to establish an authentic relationship with themselves and others, leading to the life they envision. Through collaboration, we will deeply examine patterns that have stifled these connections thus far. Services are most suited for those experiencing relationship conflict, family conflict, and self-confidence concerns.
