Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the first session you can expect to have a complete Initial Consultation. I will be asking more questions from you pertaining to overall well-being. Some questions will include relationships, medical, employment, and previous mental health experience. This appointment will not reflect future appointments.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

There may also be some times when I may ask you to draw what your thoughts are about something or someone. During therapy it may be difficult to articulate things and drawing is another means of communication. This doesn't mean that you have to have any type of art training; it's a means to express yourself.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I primarily work with clients who have issues with Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions, ADHD, and Weight Management.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. It helps patients focus on the goals they want to accomplish from the moment they start therapy and work their way forward. I often provide patients with some homework to do during the week which falls in line with their desired goal.
