Therapy with me feels like a mix of honesty, humor, and heart. I’m not here to lecture I’m here to listen, connect, and help you make sense of what’s keeping you stuck. My approach is warm but straightforward; we’ll laugh, unpack the hard stuff, and actually move forward. Growth doesn’t have to be painful to be powerful. Together, we’ll build clarity, confidence, and real change.
Think of the first session as a vibe check, not an interrogation. We’ll get to know each other, talk through what’s been weighing on you, and figure out what you actually want from therapy, not what you think you should want. You can expect me to be easygoing, engaged, and curious. My goal is for you to leave thinking, “Okay… that actually felt good. I can do this.”
I make therapy feel natural. You won’t have to filter yourself or overthink what to say, I create a space where you can just be. I blend empathy with real talk and help clients see things from new perspectives without judgment. Whether you’re overthinking, feeling stuck, or overwhelmed, I bring energy, honesty, and support to help you move forward.
I work best with clients (ages 6 and up) who are tired of feeling stuck and ready for real change, even if they’re not sure where to start. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or feeling overwhelmed while still showing up for others. They’re open to growth, want practical tools, and are willing to be honest with themselves so they can feel more confident, balanced, and in control of their lives.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT in a down-to-earth way, helping clients spot unhelpful thought patterns and replace them with realistic, empowering perspectives. We focus on practical tools you can actually use outside of session. My goal is to keep therapy collaborative, engaging, and grounded in real-life change.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I love using a solution-focused approach because it keeps things moving forward. Together, we identify what’s already working and build on it to create meaningful, lasting change. Sessions are upbeat, conversational, and centered on progress, not perfection.
Motivational Interviewing
I use Motivational Interviewing to help clients tap into their own “why.” Whether you’re feeling stuck or unsure, this approach builds momentum by meeting you where you are, no pressure, no judgment, just honest conversation and support.
Strength-Based
I focus on what’s strong, not what’s wrong. My style is positive, energetic, and supportive, helping you recognize your strengths, build confidence, and use your resilience as the foundation for growth.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
I create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. My approach is relaxed, conversational, and collaborative , meeting you exactly where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.
