I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist with 17 years of clinical experience, specializing in supporting women during life's major transitions. I earned my Doctorate in Human Development and Family Studies from Auburn University, along with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and a bachelor’s in psychology. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping individuals, couples, and families find healing and fulfillment. I’m here to help you navigate life's challenges with clarity and confidence. Let’s work together to create the life you envision.
Our first session will focus on the reasons you decided to seek therapy and to establish an initial connection between us. My clients experience my warm, inviting demeanor and a space to express their authentic feelings.
My greatest strength is my intuition, which is enhanced by the wealth of clinical experience I have acquired over the last 17 years. Additionally, my knowledge of the inner workings of the brain and to make lasting changes is incorporated into most of my sessions.
My ideal client is someone who is motivated to chage through action and someone who is willinging to take risks to achieve their goals.
I use this approach because it is most likely to help my clients rewire their way of thinking to create lasting change.
For those who prefer this approach, I incorporate Biblical themes and the teachings of Jesus to help people overcome their problems.
