Hi there! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I am also a Board-Certified Art Therapist! I received my Masters from Cedar Crest College and have been practicing for 6 years. I help children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and loss explore their emotions and learn new skills to better cope with their experiences. I utilize both talk therapy and creative interventions, when clients are open to it!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session together will be spent establishing rapport and building a relationship. I want to get to know you, understand what is leading you to seek support, and begin identifying what you would like to work on in sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have experience working with a wide variety of people, who have sought support for many different needs. I create a warm, welcoming environment for clients to feel comfortable to express themselves and explore their emotions.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with individuals who are experiencing a lot of emotions and may be having difficulty processing through them. My clients are eager to explore what they are thinking and feeling, but may not yet have the tools needed to cope and process their emotions openly. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about where they are in life, but are ready to explore their experiences and identify ways to move forward.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to help clients understand their thought process and reframe these processes.

Trauma Informed Care

I utilize a trauma-informed perspective when working with clients, understanding that what happens to us can deeply impact how we think and feel.

Grief Therapy

The grieving process is complex, impacting one's emotional, physical, social, and spiritual health. I encourage clients to explore the complexity of their grief in an open, empathetic way.

Humanistic

I draw upon each individual's strengths to encourage their own personal growth and recognize each person's unique potential for growth.
