Hello! I am Lilly. I am a licensed clinical social worker in Illinois and Missouri. I work within your level of comfort and seek to help you get from the place you are currently at, to the place you would like to be. Seeking therapy is putting yourself first, you deserve a space to heal and grow. In our sessions you will find a safe and non-judgmental space with a therapist who is going to listen directly to you and what you are feeling and experiencing. I will meet you with compassion and work with you to get to the root of your struggles through the use of trauma-focused therapy. I am trained as a certified trauma professional and specialize in the modality of EMDR.

My area of expertise is working with those dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma. I have spent many years studying and training within these areas to be able to work individually with clients experiencing symptoms related to these diagnosis.
