Hi there! Are you feeling afraid to show your true self? Perhaps you are so used to people pleasing that you have suppressed what truly makes you happy. In our sessions, I want you to feel safe and heard. You will learn healthy tools to advocate for yourself, feel empowered, and decompress. With self-esteem building, trusting your body again, and putting yourself first you will learn how to have balance.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Think of our first session as the time where you get to tell YOUR story. Maybe this is the first time you have been able to share the world through your eyes. I am here to listen. We will then identify the areas that you want to improve in your life and map out strong goals to create the change in yourself that you have wanted for so long.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I also am a chronic illness warrior myself and bring a unique connection to our sessions. Having someone who can say "they've been there" can make the struggles feel less isolating. I also like to meet you where you are and come from a warm approach. Expect some humor and a little quirkiness.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My jam is working with clients who live with chronic illness and/or navigating school struggles, and those who are new moms. I've worked with many clients who have an invisible disease such as Lupus, EDS, Myasthenia Gravis, POTS, Fertility issues, PCOS, etc. Though each condition is vastly different, each client shares the same feelings of isolation, fear, grief, and sadness. Together, we will process these tough feelings and create strong goals to rediscover healthy ways to live a full life again!

In our session, I want you to feel safe, seen and heard. Think of connecting over a cup of tea and you are venting about your most recent flare up or life transition. I am here to provide a space where you can decompress and leave feeling empowered.
