I am a compassionate and collaborative therapist who provides a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, medical challenges, and other seasons of uncertainty. I understand that life can feel overwhelming at times, and my goal is to offer steady support while helping you build practical tools to feel more grounded and empowered. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a foundation, I help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns so they can move through difficult experiences with greater clarity and confidence. Beyond CBT, I also bring my experience as an attorney, which has strengthened my ability to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and hold space with care. My hope is that each session leaves you feeling heard, supported, and lighter than when you arrived.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is simply about getting to know each other and seeing if this feels like the right fit for you. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping for. If it feels like a good match, we’ll begin shaping a plan that fits your needs and goals. My priority is that you feel safe, understood, and confident you’re getting the support that’s right for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring extensive experience supporting individuals across a wide range of diagnoses and life challenges. I recognize that while some struggles may be universal, each person experiences them in deeply personal ways. My approach honors that individuality. Beyond my training in CBT, I bring a diverse professional background to my work, including experience in the legal field which allows me to think analytically while remaining compassionate and grounded. I balance practical, skills-based strategies with emotional presence and understanding. Above all, I view therapy as a collaborative journey. We are all navigating life’s complexities in different ways, and my role is to walk alongside you with insight, empathy, and tools that help you move forward with greater confidence and resilience.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

At the core, my clients are people who want a safe place to open up. They may not have all the words yet - they’re simply ready for support, clarity, and meaningful conversation in a space where they can feel understood and accepted.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a collaborative approach that helps people understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected. Depending on what feels most helpful to you, our sessions may include developing new skills, exploring different perspectives, or creating space to gain deeper clarity and reflect about your experience.
