About me

I help individuals navigate life transitions—marriage, motherhood, fatherhood, divorce, loss—when identity can feel lost or unclear. You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who you are outside of your roles. I provide a supportive space to explore your story, reconnect with your sense of self, and rediscover your voice. Together, we’ll work to rebuild confidence, clarify your needs, and help you move forward with purpose and strength. Reach out if you're tired, if you're frustrated, if you're ready to find who you are.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. I know that starting therapy can feel both hopeful and a little nerve-wracking, so my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard. We’ll start by talking about what brought you to therapy, what’s been weighing on you, and what you hope to get out of our work together. I’ll also ask some questions to better understand your history, current life circumstances, and any specific goals or concerns you’d like to address. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. I’ll explain how therapy works, answer any questions you might have, and collaborate with you to set an initial direction for our sessions. Most importantly, this first meeting is about you feeling seen, supported, and understood, so you can decide if we’re a good fit to work together. You don’t need to prepare anything special—just come as you are.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, make sense of your story, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked or lost along the way. I draw heavily from humanistic and strengths-based approaches, which means I view you as the expert on your own life. Rather than focusing only on problems, we work together to uncover your values, inner resources, and unique voice. I also integrate evidence-based strategies—such as CBT, mindfulness, and parts work—when they align with your goals, so that insight translates into meaningful change. Clients often tell me that our work helps them feel more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves. Over time, they begin making choices that reflect who they truly are, not just what’s expected of them. This clarity often brings relief, renewed energy, and a stronger sense of direction in their relationships, families, and personal lives.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals who are moving through major life transitions and find themselves asking, “Who am I now?” Whether it’s navigating the shifting roles of marriage or parenthood, adjusting to life after divorce, grieving a loss, or simply realizing that you’ve lost touch with yourself along the way—I specialize in helping you make sense of these changes and find your footing again. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted from carrying so much for others, frustrated by patterns that no longer serve them, or deeply aware that something in their life needs to shift. They’re often thoughtful, self-aware people who have spent years supporting everyone else, yet struggle to give themselves the same care and attention. Together, we focus on reconnecting you with your identity, your needs, and your inner voice, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence. If you’re ready to stop simply “getting through” and start truly living in alignment with who you are, I can help create the space for that transformation.

My treatment methods

Humanistic

My background in humanistic therapy comes from both formal training and years of practical application with a wide range of clients. I was drawn to this approach because of its emphasis on authentic connection, empathy, and the belief that individuals possess an innate capacity for growth and self-actualization when provided with the right environment. Over time, I’ve found that this approach is particularly effective with clients who are navigating identity shifts, life transitions, or self-worth struggles, because it prioritizes the client’s lived experience and personal agency.
