We will begin our first session with introductions and then discuss the challenges that have motivated you to seek therapy. This will guide us in clarifying needs and goals to work through in follow-up sessions.

In sessions, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore and discover what is no longer serving you and to get clarity on your thoughts and feelings.
In sessions, the practice of mindfulness can provide you a way to guide your attention without judgment, with curiosity and kindness to what is happening in the present moment allowing for the process of self-exploration, self-acceptance, self-transformation and healing.
In sessions, you will be able to identify your inner strengths and see yourself as a resilient individual capable of learning, unlearning, change and growth.
