Coming from North Miami, Fl, I have witnessed and experienced traumas that no adult or child should ever have to endure. My upbringing and environment robbed me of the simple pleasures of safety, peace, healthy love, high self esteem, and more. People pleasing, unhealthy boundaries, and “can’t say no syndrome” were just a few of the challenges I’ve faced. My dream is to help others break unhealed generational traumas, to live as their best and highest self always. What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
Some of my favorite interventions to use during my sessions are: Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Polyvagal Therapy.

I am a holistic psychotherapist who has been extensively trained in treating chronic and complex trauma. My entire Master's program was focused on Trauma-Informed treatment. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider. My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. It is a goal of mine to help others break unhealed generational traumas, so they can live as their best and highest self always.
