LMFT, 4 years of experience
New to Grow
I specialize in working with adults, families, and couples on issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and co-parenting. My approach to therapy is person-centered, and trauma-informed. I also strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and collaborative. The way I approach therapy is to integrate traditional therapy with mindfulness skills to help you change your day to day. My goal is to work alongside you on your journey, using a strengths-based approach to help you achieve your desired change.
In the first session, we clarify what is bringing them in and identify goals. From there, we work collaboratively to shift patterns in thoughts, emotions, or relationships to support lasting change.
I often utilize motivational interviewing , acceptance and commitment therapy, and narrative therapy to help clients build insight, emotional flexibility, and meaningful change.
I enjoy working with people of all ages, backgrounds, and ethnicities. In addition to working with individuals, I also work with couples and families. Therapy allows me to assist people in finding their inner strength, passion, and peace. My specialties include anxiety, depression, grief, relationship-related issues, family stressors, and general communication difficulties.
