(she/her)
Hi! I’m Katie, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Minnesota. I help adults navigate life’s challenges—whether that’s stress, burnout, relationship struggles, parenting, or feeling stuck. With over 15 years of experience, I offer a warm, down-to-earth space where you can slow down, reconnect with what matters, and begin to heal. You don’t have to have it all figured out to take the first step.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I believe healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and rooted in helping you reconnect with who you are and what matters most to you. My clients describe me as warm, honest, and down-to-earth. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment theory, and mindfulness-based strategies, always tailoring our work to your unique needs. For clients who desire it, I’m happy to incorporate faith and spirituality into our sessions. Whether you’re facing anxiety, burnout, parenting stress, or just feeling stuck—I’m here to help you find clarity, courage, and next steps.
I work with adults who are tired of just surviving and want to feel whole again—emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. My clients are navigating stress, burnout, life transitions, or just feeling stuck. Together, we take a whole-person approach to healing so they can reclaim peace, purpose, and joy. I also support parents who feel unsure about their role or relationship with their child. Parenting is beautiful but overwhelming, and I help parents understand their children better and reconnect with confidence and care.
