LMFT, 8 years of experience
Life can be difficult and, at times, feel overwhelming. When navigating depression, anxiety, or trauma, our perspective can become blurred, making it hard to see a way forward. During these moments, having someone who is nonjudgmental and understanding can make a meaningful difference. I believe we are all capable of growth and everyone deserves a life filled with hope, purpose, and a sense of belonging. It will be a privilege to walk with you through this journey of examining your inner self, breaking generational trauma, overcoming anxiety/depression, and improving your relationships. Please note, I currently only see individuals no couples or families.
During our first session I will be getting to know you and gathering information about family, history of symptoms and even upbringing. I will also help you set goals for therapy so that you may address any conflicts you are facing.
I hope to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space, where you feel comfortable working through whatever troubles life brings you. I utilize communication and inter-relational skills as I believe symptoms stem from our environment and affect our interactions with others.
Much of my experience has been working with anxiety, depression, and relational conflict. I have also had the privilege to work with minorities including the Spanish-Speaking / Hispanic population and speak fluent Spanish.
Ages 18-60 Relational conflict, depression and anxiety Only see individuals at this time, no couples or family therapy.
