(she/her)
Hi, I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Western New York, with over 13 years of experience in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, which helped me discover where my heart truly lies—supporting women through life’s many transitions. Are you navigating the uncertainty of post-college life, wondering who you are outside the classroom? Have you recently started a new job and find yourself second-guessing every move? Maybe you’re a mom juggling countless responsibilities, trying your best while feeling stretched thin. Change can be overwhelming—especially when it’s accompanied by self-doubt, confusion, or shame. My passion is helping women better understand themselves, build confidence, and improve their mental health as they move through life’s inevitable shifts. My counseling style is warm, patient, and open-minded. I am trauma-informed and draw on a range of evidence-based modalities to support healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. Above all, I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered to grow.
It’s completely normal to feel nervous or to worry about being judged. My goal is to create a highly empathetic, non-judgmental, and safe environment where you can show up exactly as you are. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and explore the challenges you’re currently facing. From there, we’ll work collaboratively to develop a person-centered plan that supports your unique goals and needs. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all—and your voice and preferences will always be respected in the process.
With over 13 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve learned the importance of flexibility, empathy, and truly meeting clients where they are. I bring an open-minded and compassionate approach to every session, ensuring you feel supported, heard, and respected throughout your journey.
My passion is helping women build confidence and reduce shame as they navigate the many stages of life. I offer a warm, patient, and open-minded counseling style where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. As a trauma-informed therapist, I draw from a range of evidence-based treatment modalities to support healing and growth, including approaches for trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can reconnect with their inner strength and move toward meaningful change.
Therapy isn't one size fits all; therefore, I practice utilizing an eclectic method based on patient needs. I have experience and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Trauma Therapy ( Progressive Counting and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-based Methods. I am a life-long learner and seek on-going training, to ensure I am utilizing the most effective methods when providing treatment.
