In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first interactions, we will discuss how I approach therapy as someone trained in both business and mental health, what is causing distress in your life, and how I'd address it. This will give you an idea if my approach is what you're seeking in your care.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What stands out about my therapeutic approach is my focus on creating a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered. I integrate evidence-based practices with a personalized approach, recognizing that each individual’s experiences, strengths, and goals are unique. I help clients develop both insight and practical skills so they can better manage challenges, improve emotional wellbeing, and create meaningful, lasting change. Clients often share that they feel more confident, self-aware, and capable of navigating life’s difficulties as a result of our work together.
