During your intake, it's important we begin to build rapport that will be the foundation of the therapeutic relationship. We will discuss expectations and goals for therapy and each other and will work collaboratively to identify areas in need of focus and improvement. My commitment to you will be to support your process of exploration and transformation with gentle acceptance and belief.
As a licensed therapist I am able to draw on my professional and personal experiences to help people process their experiences and find the relief they're seeking in therapy. My priority is creating a healing space of compassion and understanding to promote positive change and growth.
I'm excited to work collaboratively with each client to develop a therapeutic approach that makes sense for them. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, burnout, relationship struggles, or just feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, I’m here to help you build the skills and insights you need to overcome these hurdles and achieve a sense of balance and fulfillment. Together, we will explore how to improve your emotional well-being, set healthy boundaries, and develop a more positive relationship with yourself and others.

Theresa is truly one of a kind. She’s authentic, direct, funny, loving, and incredibly caring. She creates a safe space while still being honest and real, and that combination has helped me grow more than I ever expected. Her support feels genuine, and she has a way of making even the hardest conversations feel manageable. I would recommend Theresa to absolutely anyone looking for a therapist who truly listens, understands, and shows up with both compassion and honesty. She’s amazing.

Theresa was incredibly patient, empathetic, and such a genuine person. I enjoyed the session and she also gave me education and suggestion on the type of therapist and directed therapy that she believes would help me the most. I love that she takes a psychodynamic approach and sees me as a whole person- mind, body, and spirit.

Initial meeting. She understood the what I was saying, and simplified what I was saying. She was patient, communicated clearly, direct, and a good listener.
