Whether you’re navigating the aftermath of trauma, facing daily overwhelm, or questioning who you are and how you relate to the world around you, therapy can offer space to slow down, reflect, and begin to heal. Together, we’ll create a grounded and supportive space to explore what’s been held in silence, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and move toward a life that feels more aligned, connected, and whole.
Whether this is your first time exploring therapy or you're looking for a new perspective, I’m glad you’re here. Finding the right fit matters, and I offer a free 15–30 minute consultation to help us get to know each other and see if working together feels like a good match. During our consultation, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re looking for in a therapist, and how I might support you. If it feels like we’re not the right fit, I’ll do my best to help you connect with someone who may be a better match.
I completed my clinical training at StrengthUnited, a no-fee trauma recovery center, where I supported teens and adults navigating acute and complex trauma. Beginning my work during the COVID-19 pandemic meant developing a strong foundation in telehealth from the start — learning how to create safety, build rapport, and hold space for healing entirely online. I’ve seen firsthand how teletherapy can be as effective as in-person work, while offering increased accessibility, comfort, and flexibility for clients balancing busy lives, mobility limitations, or geographic constraints. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in college admissions consulting, helping high-achieving teens and immigrant families manage the emotional stress of transition, performance pressure, and identity development. That work continues to inform my relational, culturally attuned approach — especially when supporting clients through major life changes and complex family or cultural dynamics. My practice affirms LGBTQIA+ identities and is welcoming to clients in kink, polyamorous, and non-traditional relationship structures. I strive to provide nonjudgmental, trauma-informed care that honors the full spectrum of who you are. Whether you're working through trauma, exploring identity, or seeking more grounded connection in your life, therapy can be a space to feel seen, supported, and empowered — wherever you are.
I work with teens and adults — particularly LGBTQIA+ individuals — at the intersection of trauma, identity formation, and emotional resilience. With specialized experience in treating trauma and its effects on the nervous system, relationships, and sense of self, I support clients in developing coping strategies, making meaning of their experiences, and addressing symptoms that interfere with daily functioning.
My use CBT focuses on utilizing the connections between our thoughts, feelings, and actions to identify, challenge, and resolve negative beliefs about self, others, and the world to increase functioning and decrease symptoms for disorders including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more.
As a certified TF-CBT clinician, I use this method to address traumatic experiences in children and teens with a significant level of involvement for caregivers as part of the therapeutic process. This method is the most strongly evidence-backed for the processing of trauma in children and teens and requires consistent caregiver involvement for change.
