Hi! I am a Licensed Clinic Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I received my Masters at California State University Northridge and have been practicing for five years in the field. I am a passionate and results-driven professional dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals through personalized support and expert guidance. My goals is to give a voice to the voiceless.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, clients can expect a warm and welcoming space to share their goals, challenges, and questions. We’ll explore where they are now, where they’d like to be, and start mapping out a personalized plan to move forward.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a provider are my ability to deeply listen, create a safe and supportive environment, and offer clear, actionable guidance. I’m compassionate yet goal-oriented, which helps clients feel both understood and empowered to make meaningful progress.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I’m best positioned to serve clients who are motivated to grow, open to self-discovery, and ready to take actionable steps toward their goals.

My treatment methods

Child Parent Psychotherapy

I have been trained in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and have applied this method in my practice. I have used CPP by helping young children and their caregivers heal from the effects of trauma, such as abuse, neglect, or family disruptions.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have used CBT in my practice, having worked with individuals across various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults. The strength of CBT lies in its structured, goal-oriented approach that empowers clients to understand and modify their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Psychoeducation

I’ve found that when clients understand what they’re going through they are more empowered, engaged, and better able to apply the tools learned in therapy.

Family Therapy

My experience with this treatment method has spanned a range of context. Working with families affected by trauma, behavioral issues in children or adolescents, parent-child conflict, and so on.

Play Therapy

Play therapy is a cornerstone of my work with children, particularly those who have experienced trauma, loss, anxiety, attachment disruptions, or behavioral challenges.
