I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 10 years of clinical experience. I offer in-person and virtual sessions. The focus of my work is individually with adult females and adolescents. As a provider, I specialize in women's mental health issues. I believe the therapeutic process should be an integrative and collaborative approach toward healing with the recognition that every person has a unique history. I use empathy, compassion, and a sense of humor to build rapport with clients, and also to support clients in feeling empowered on their journey towards a healing space. I utilize a strength-based and cognitive behavioral approach that will assist in the development of an authentic relationship with myself and others. My goal is to welcome clients into a safe space, providing support, while assisting them in the process of navigating and overcoming emotional hardships. As a clinician, I partner with my clients in their journey of healing. My clinical orientation is specialized in the areas of women’s issues, relational/interpersonal dynamics, attachment issues, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, general stress, and overcoming trauma. I am currently trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Informed-Trauma Care, Seeking Safety, Behavioral Modification, Solution-Focused Therapy and Collaborative Problem-Solving Strategies. It would be my pleasure to come alongside you on your journey and assist in cultivating a brave space of restorative growth.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'd start with bried introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I work primarily with adult females and adolescents, I am currently not accepting couples or families, as new clients. I specialize in working with women on their emotional wellness by applying evidence-based treatment modalities and attachment-based modalities to understand, reshape, and reframe negative cognitive patterns. These treatment modalities promote intentional, collaborative, and empathetic care. By challenging intrusive thoughts and taking ownership of one's emotional wellness, I support the growth and development of my clients, empowering them to prioritize their values and what makes them happy.
