I have been working with individuals for over 12 years in office based therapy, school-based therapy, non-profits, community mental health, enrichment classes, and group homes. I have specialized experience working with many types of mental health, emotional and behavioral issues. I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, impulse control disorders, life transitions and adjustments, young adult hood, perinatal mental health, college life, and relationship concerns. My greatest strength is that I am genuine and I am relatable. I want everyone to feel comfortable and have a safe place. I have always had a passion to help others. I provide psychoeducation to clients in session, about therapy, about emotions, and how to implement strategies.
