Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s easy to lose balance while trying to manage stress, relationships, and personal expectations. Therapy offers a supportive and confidential space to gain insight, build coping skills, and create lasting change. Through evidence-based approaches, I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions with compassion and professionalism. Together, we work to strengthen emotional resilience, improve communication, and enhance overall well-being. Reaching out for support is a courageous first step—therapy is not just about overcoming challenges, but about discovering your capacity to heal, grow, and thrive.
First session typically involves rapport building and Q and A/background gathering in order to set goals for treatment.
Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Active listening skills that promote understanding and validation. Empathy and compassion in supporting clients through challenges. Skilled in creating a safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic environment. Effective communication and ability to guide clients toward insight and personal growth. Adaptable and responsive to clients’ individual needs and goals.
The client is ready for therapy and demonstrates a willingness to be open and honest in the therapeutic process. They appear motivated to engage, explore their thoughts and emotions, and actively participate in working toward personal growth and positive change.

I feel instantly comfortable speaking to Haley and actually look forward to my next session. I haven’t had great experiences in the past with therapy and this feels good already.
