Amina is very easy to speak to and once she gets to know you more she will let you know straight forward your faults and how to cope or fix them. Always good laughs in my sessions. Doesn’t feel professional and awkward. Always helps me reflect about myself and keep in mind things we speak about to bettering myself or be aware of certain things. Helps me understand my mind and why I am the way I am through her knowledge psychologically, etc. Pleasure always doing a session with her.

Amina is a very good communicator and direct. I feel seen and she is super empathetic. I appreciate that she wants to get to the root of the issue. I feel comfortable telling her exactly what I’m going through and I don't feel judged.

I have been seeing Amina for over a year now, she helped me to challenge my thinking in so many ways and apply the results to my life. I am still working on things but I have come a long way. Would definitely recommend her. Amina is definitely a life-saver.
