First session with Wayne today and I went in feeling anxious and came out feeling good about some skills I can use prior to our next session. He's open, warm and authentic. He's a great listener and I highly recommend him. I'm a 47 year old male and not always easy to talk about as I grew up having to stuff them down and push on. I already scheduled my next session. Give Wayne a try, you'll won't be let down. Thanks!

In only one session Wayne has helped me opened my eyes to a lot of different things. He made me feel heard, he helped me think about the emotions i feel regarding things and understanding those emotions. I always just wanted to feel heard or not feel judged and his energy within the first couple minutes of our session i felt safe. I'm excited to start this new journey of my life and so glad i chose Wayne!
