New to Grow
Hi, I’m a therapist and an artist. My work is centered on helping people move from insight into real, lived change. I’m engaged, direct and collaborative in sessions, offering more than just conversations. Alongside traditional therapy, I incorporate art-based interventions (if requested), somatic and nervous system-focused exercises, and a coaching-like style to help you shift patterns, process emotions and build resilience. Our work together will be tailored to your unique inner world.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session expect to share what’s troubling you most and what your goals are. Also, you’re expected and encouraged to be 100% yourself!
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
What makes my approach unique is my ability to balance validation and change. I’ve received feedback that I am warm and have a beautiful way of “telling it like it is”. My style is motivational and I help clients confront what they’ve learned to avoid. So being uncomfortable is to be expected but you will also feel supported.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My clients usually present as thoughtful, emotionally aware people who want more than just coping skills - they want a deeper relationship with self and true guidance to living their best lives. Many of my clients identify as the “generational trauma breakers” in their families and/or are intuitive creatives whom feel deeply, and our work typically goes beyond traditional talk therapy. My clients primarily struggle with relationship stress, including the distress felt in relationship with self.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I use DBT in my practice to help clients manage intense emotions, navigate relationships more effectively and get through difficult moments without feeling overwhelmed. Along with skills training, I focus on helping clients understand the emotional roots of their patterns so change feels meaningful and sustainable.
