My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client centered, focusing on empowering individuals to explore, understand, and navigate their unique experiences. Together, we can work to develop effective coping strategies, foster resilience, and facilitate meaningful growth.
Starting therapy is a brave first step and one that can feel overwhelming. During our first session together, you will be in the driver’s seat as we begin to explore the reasons that brought you to therapy. This is your space to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with, and we will work together to create a safe and supportive environment for you to open up. I am here to support you on your journey. Our sessions will be collaborative and tailored to meet your unique needs, and together we will work towards your personal growth and healing.

I prioritize creating an emotionally safe environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgement.
