Welcome to therapy! My name is Lillian, and I am Licensed Clinical Social worker in Texas and I received my master's degree in Social Work from University of Texas. I have been working in the mental health field for about 5 years. I am excited that you have decided to take this step to reach your desired growth/achievement. Our sessions will be focused on your journey to possibilities and transformations; together we will work as a team to achieve these goals; celebrate one new step , one new milestone , and continuous progress.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you are facing and identify goals. Thereafter , we will create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Having worked with young children, adolescents and young adults for the past 5 years, I've developed strategies that can help you (a) identify the source of your challenges and (b) create a treatment plan that leads to measurable progress.
