New to Grow
Hello, I am a compassionate therapist who helps clients manage anxiety, stress, overwhelm, and the challenges of life transitions with greater confidence and balance. I use a supportive approach and create a safe, collaborative space where clients can build effective coping skills, improve focus, and navigate change with resilience. Whether working through the stress of daily life, adjusting to new roles, or learning strategies to manage ADHD, I empower my clients to find clarity, strengthen their inner resources, and move forward with purpose.
In your first session, we’ll take time to talk about what brought you to therapy and what you’d like to get out of our work together. I’ll ask some questions to get to know you better, but there’s no pressure—you can share at your own pace. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable, and understood.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a supportive environment where clients feel truly heard and understood. My approach emphasizes helping clients deepen their self-awareness, because I believe self-knowledge is the foundation for meaningful growth and lasting change. I’m committed to guiding clients through this process with compassion and respect, while empowering them to recognize their own capacity for resilience and transformation.
I specialize in working with adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, and the challenges that come with major life or career transitions. Many of my clients are high-achieving, thoughtful individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about the next steps in their personal or professional lives. They often come to therapy wanting relief from constant worry, clarity in decision-making, and practical tools to feel more grounded and confident. My role is to provide a supportive space where we can explore your concerns, strengthen coping skills, and help you move forward with resilience and purpose.
In my practice, I frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. I guide clients in identifying unhelpful thinking patterns, reframing them into more balanced perspectives, and developing healthier coping strategies. Together, we practice skills that empower clients to reduce distress, improve mood, and make meaningful changes in their daily lives. My goal is to provide practical tools that clients can apply outside of sessions to create lasting growth and relief.
In my practice, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy to help clients better understand and process their emotions. I provide a safe, supportive space where clients can explore the deeper feelings that may be driving patterns of stress, anxiety, or disconnection. By working with these emotions, we uncover their meaning, shift negative cycles, and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. This approach supports healing, greater emotional awareness, and stronger, more fulfilling connections.
In my practice, I use Mindfulness-Based Therapy to help clients become more present and aware of their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations without judgment. By cultivating mindfulness, I guide clients in developing healthier ways to manage stress, reduce anxiety, and respond to challenges with greater clarity and balance.
